Rent in affordable housing units is set at or below average market rent (AMR) and is not geared to the tenant’s income. To be eligible for this housing your income must fall below certain limits at the time of application. For these units, rent costs are typically lower than most newspaper and online listings. There are many options and features available in regard to bedrooms, location, and community. Applications for Affordable Housing are only accepted when there are units available.

PHC strives to fill affordable vacancies as soon as possible. When there is a vacancy in one of our Affordable Housing Communities, we review the applications as they are received. Applying for an affordable unit does not guarantee your acceptance, approved applicants will receive an offer of accommodation.
